Small data. Clear purpose.

MorloksMaze Access uses Google only to verify the invited identity. It stores a protected identity reference, verified email, display name, optional application note, approval history, and the resulting Pocket ID/Nextcloud username.

Google access and refresh tokens are not retained. Rejected and expired applications are removed after 90 days. Active identity linkage remains while access is active and for 90 days after disablement.

Access records are used only to review, provision, recover, audit, and disable MorloksMaze household access. They are not sold or used for advertising.
